The individual cleaning instructions are uploaded to our app; our cleaners always have
their updated cleaning instructions. Detailed inspections are conducted frequently as agreed, then sent by email in pdf formats to the assigned facility manager for review. The reports contain comments, cleanliness level and images. The cleaners will request supplies by the application in real time and then it will be sent as a request to the department in charge according to the required frequency. Cleaners enter and exit through their phones in the application in order to guarantee attendance, punctuality and compliance with obligations. Continuous supervision will be carried out to guarantee compliance and quality of the service offered and customer satisfaction.
MVA Cleaning will provide all cleaning agents, such as glass cleaners, bleach, disinfectants, air fresheners, dusters, gloves, masks, sweepers, brooms, rags, vacuum cleaners, sponges, cloths and others. All supplies will be provided by the client or will be agreed upon according to each need or business.
MVA Cleaning will provide and maintain all necessary cleaning equipment, including but
not limited to: carpet extractors, vacuum cleaners, cleaning carts, mop pails, squeegees, mops, rags and brooms. The customer will provide a safe space for the storage of this equipment, as needed. MVA Cleaning will comply with current OSHA regulations and proven procedures related to all work performed at the customer´s location.
